If you’re a pet’s mother or father, you know, right? Nothing is more pleasurable than traveling with your furry friend and being able to count on accommodation that is prepared to receive your four-legged child, right?!

1. It is necessary to inform, at the time of booking, that the accommodation will include a pet in the daily rate;
2. A boarding fee per animal will be charged;
3. Pets are ALLOWED to circulate (always on a leash, lap or appropriate crate for transport) throughout the hotel's social areas, including the restaurant and gym;
4. Taking care of the safety of our guests, only animals with a docile and friendly temperament are permitted;
5. In the event of an incident involving injuries to other people or pets, the guardian is solely responsible for providing assistance to the victim;
6. It is recommended that the animal has its vaccinations up to date;
7. Owners must bring all the utensils and containers necessary for the animal's stay (food, guide and hygiene material);
8. Cleaning and collecting waste, solid or liquid, is the sole responsibility of the guardian;
9. The use of towels or other hotel materials for animal hygiene is prohibited;
10. It is not allowed to leave the animal alone;
11. The pet owner is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment and furniture. If this occurs, the guest will be notified and the amount of the loss will be charged;
12. We ask that pets be prevented from making excessive noise. We count on collaboration and respect for other guests.

Our reception is available to help with directions to places (clinics, pet shops and others) and/or services, if necessary.
